As a community, we want to make sure all of our members are taken care of. In our journeys, there is a likelihood that we will require the services of a service center to take on tasks from the simple to the extreme. We also want to provide each other with feedback related to our experiences. Since we are such a niche community, we at Phoenix Coach wanted to facilitate a community-driven method of working together.
