The Quick Strap can be attached to the structural frame of any wheelchair. It provides a quick and easy attachment point for your Sure-Lok tie-downs.  Using the S-Hook or snap hook & d-ring of any of the Sure-Lok wheelchair securement kits you can easily make an attachment point with the quick strap.
