Shipping Policy for Phoenix Coach Global

SHIPPING POLICY

The following document covers, processing, delivery charges, oversized shipping, exclusions, free shipping application, and international shipping. Please read, understand and agree to these policies before using our sites.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

SHIPPING DELIVERY

The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (5–7 business days), Ship to Store (5-7 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day).

  • Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.
  • Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address.
  • These items will only have Standard Ground or Ship to Store available.
  • Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

STANDARD GROUND

  • Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee.
  • Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

SECOND DAY

  • Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00 pm CT on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 3 business days.
  • All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.

This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

NEXT DAY

  • Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00 pm CT on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 2 business days.
  • All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.

This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

WHAT IS THE “OVERSIZED SHIPPING” CHARGE?

For some items shipping within the U.S., an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for the total quantity ordered.

Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.

SHIPPING PROMOTION EXCLUSIONS

The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: Oversized Shipping Charges, Special Order, Custom Item purchases, and Items designated within their product descriptions.

FREE SHIPPING ON THOUSANDS OF ITEMS

Products eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout.

  • Must select ground shipping at checkout.
  • Oversized charges may apply.
  • Offer valid on Phoenixcoachglobal.com only.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery.

  • If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

Phoenix Coach Parts LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Phoenix Coach Parts LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Phoenix Coach Global may change its Shipping Policy from time to time. Phoenix Coach Global encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to this Shipping Policy. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the changelog, and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or our blog, or sending you a notification through email or your dashboard).
